1. Product Warranty
The warranty applies only to products purchased through the official Lekus online store (https://lekus.es). This is in accordance with current regulations in Spain (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). To ensure your Lekus product is authentic and eligible for the warranty, please purchase only from our official website.
- The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship that arise under normal conditions of use.
- To claim the warranty, proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be presented.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper or negligent use of the product.
- Normal wear and tear due to use.
- Unauthorized tampering or repairs.
2. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from https://lekus.es, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- Returns must be verified and approved by our customer service team.

Important: Do not send the product to the address on the package, as this will delay processing.
3. Refunds

Important Note: Original shipping cost and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
